The 2016 Escape Trim Levels
The 2016 Ford Escape is offered in three distinct trim levels: S, SE, and Titanium. On top of this, the Escape provides a variety of packages that can be equipped to the trims. Let?s take a closer look:
- The base S trim comes with a 4.2-inch central display, a CD player, a USB port, Bluetooth®* audio and phone connectivity, a 60/40-split folding and reclining rear seat, cruise control, 17-inch wheels, full power accessories, keyless entry, a rearview camera, Sync voice command electronics, smartphone integration, a tilt-and-telescoping steering wheel, air conditioning, MyKey parental controls, a height-adjustable driver seat, a six-speaker sound system, and an integrated blind-spot mirror.
- The SE adds a rear privacy glass, an eight-way power-adjustable driver seat, a keyless entry keypad, satellite radio, 17-inch alloy wheels, automatic headlights, fog lights, a rear center armrest, and upgraded cloth upholstery.
- A Cold Weather package offers heated mirrors, heated seats, and a windshield wiper de-icer. The SE Convenience package gets you an 8-inch touchscreen, Sync 3 technology interface, a 110-volt household-style power outlet, dual-zone automatic climate control, a nine-speaker sound system, dual USB ports, rear parking sensors, and roof rails. A SE Leather Comfort package provides leather upholstery, heated front seats, and heated mirrors.
- The Titanium, the top trim, receives the contents of the packages available for the SE trim, HD radio, ambient interior lighting, an auto-dimming rearview mirror, driver memory settings, keyless entry and ignition, a 10-speaker Sony audio system, and an eight-way power-adjustable passenger seat with power lumbar.
- A Technology package can be added to the Titanium. It brings automatic wipers, xenon headlights, blind-spot monitoring, a self-parking system, and rear cross-traffic alert to the table. Other optional features for both the SE and Titanium trims are a panoramic sunroof and a navigation system.
